I am 5'6.5 tall and about 140 lbs. I ordered the medium and it fits perfect. The material is very soft. This IS NOT a compression workout set so I wouldn't advise it for workouts. But perfect for lounging, travelling, errands...etc

This is a perfect two piece set. I use it for travel and just being around and even use it for going out dressing it up with a pair of nice shoes or sandals. It's perfect for short girls, as I am only 52 and curvy. I wish they made it in colors like red orange. I would buy them in every color.
