My wife says it fits her very well. It's snug but in a good way. She wears it with a shawl on chiller days and wears it under other things to put together different outfits. It really shows a lot of cleavage so be warned, may not be for you.
Can't speak to durability yet, it's only been through the wash a few times, but it seems like it should last for little while.
